Do you find that it's easier to be kind and relaxed or more work to be frustrated and stressed? I firmly believe in the law of attraction, what you put out is what comes back to you. If it FEELS better inside to be kind and less stressed it should be easier to choose that route. When we are happier, more things come to us and more positive people are attracted to us. I try to always find the good parts in my day because there's a lot to be thankful for. If you're stressed out, take a deep breathe and realize that stressful feelings are going to put you in stressful situations. I've learned and continue to learn about personal development through mentors. I'm not perfect in any way, none of us have it figured it but if we're doing things that make us feel good inside that will only continue to shine through us on the outside.
