Reciprocal Inhibition is basically the name that described the process of when one muscle relaxes🤤 to allow another muscle to contract😤. Simple as that! . . As described in the video🎥, this is important to you because if you are always complaining of one muscle being tighter or weaker than the other, then the opposing muscle🔀 will ALSO have to be strengthened, massaged, and stretched.🔛 The bicep and tricep are directly related to each other. What effects one of them will effect the other! . . If your lower back is tight, what muscles do you think need to get stronger⁉️ What’s on the other side of the body??
