Because who doesn't drag their mirror outside and take photos in their underwear? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Okay so maybe just me! Been asked recently what are some of my favourite exercises so here they are for you! I've included these all in my #bodybyMG guide which I'm releasing on Monday! 1️⃣ Dumbbell Resistance Band Glute Bridges (FAV!!!!!!!!!!!2️⃣ Double Bench Elevated Hip Thrusts (add a dumbbell and feel the burn) 3️⃣ Standing Pallof Press (great for your core strength) 4️⃣ Inverted Rows (Awesome for developing your chin-up progress) 5️⃣ Wall Dead Bugs (deceptive but so hard on your abs!) 6️⃣ Extended Range Fire Hydrant w/ Ankle Ankle (feels easy but once the reps get higher you start dying) 7️⃣ Cable Hip Abduction + Kickback (I love doing these as a superset) 8️⃣ Romanian Deadlift with slow eccentric (you'll feel this the next day, beware!) 9️⃣ Double Bench Squat with 4-3-1 tempo (makes squats more fun I swear!) 🔟 Double Banded Hip Thrusts (you'd never guess no weight would be sopainful!) Day 69, feelin fine!!!! Ok that might not be 100% accurate. It feels like day 69, today my body was a little tired, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is the commitment I made to myself, to give this everything I’ve got. So tired or not you better believe I pushed as hard as I could in my workout.
