ONLY FIVE MORE SLEEPS UNTIL MY EXCESS SKIN REMOVAL SURGERY. 💉 I thought I’d show you all what I’m working with here. Here is my body in its current state. This is my body after losing 130lbs. I have loose skin and stretch marks. Am I happy with the loose skin? Nope. Am I getting it removed? Yep. But would have I lost the weight if I had known I would never be able to get excess skin removal surgery? Yes. 100 times yes. WHY? Because I am now healthy. I am stronger. I am faster. I am more capable. And most importantly, I am happier. Don’t let the possibility of loose skin cheat you out of health and happiness. It’s not worth it. • LET’S PLAY A GAME. I’m curious to know how much weight everyone thinks is going to be removed during my surgery (it’s honestly probably less than you assume - so lowball it). ADVANCED TRX AB WORKOUT | Get your feet in the straps and give this a go if you want serious core burn - I went into the @weareequilibrium studios for a casual chat and they challenged me to this: 🙄 . A1. @trxtraining pikes, knee tucks, straight leg lateral swings, lateral knee tucks - perform 3 reps of each variation without stopping x 3 sets . B1. Swinging Pikes x 10 x 3 sets (make sure you go both ways). . RUNNERS - Please please please make sure you’re doing core and hip stabilising Workouts. What do you think is holding you up and together when you run? If that ability is unstable, injury is not probable but inevitable. This workout is really tough, but if you’ve been feeling like your ab workout needs an upgrade, this is the sequence to try. If you don’t have a TRX or want something a little simpler, give my 7 minute ab workout routine a go on YouTube. It’s more intense than you think, but needs no equipment. Training is going amazing on the lean bulk, sitting around 177-178 morning weight. Going super slow with this bulk! Every year when it's time to bulk I've just gone yolo, and ate as much as I could to gain as much as I could. I now am extremely against this tactic if your someone who gains weight easily. The best way to bulk, if your not really thin with a fast metabolism is a lean bulk. You don't even have to track your calories (but I recommend you do so). If your someone who packs on bodyweight quickly don't be lazy, and do a dirty bulk. It is truly only going to add extra bodyfat, with no other benefits besides a little more strength gains due to the better leverages, an constantly having so many cals in you. If you eat in a small surplus, and slowly increase it you will gain muscle mass as optimally as possible, there is a point of diminished return when it comes to being in a surplus (aka you aren't gaining any more muscle just fat). #bodybuilding #motivation #gym #fitness #fit #fitfam #health #bulkseason
