Glutes workout part 2 - Those 2 exercises are great to build strong round glutes. I do 4 sets of 10 repetitions. - - How I train? Hard 💯. I always give my best in the gym, whether im motivated or not, tired or sore... - 1. If you’re making it to the gym, give your maximum! You already there, you did the hardest part so you might as well make the most out of it! Make it count!! - 2. Execute every movement with precision and make sure to connect your mind-muscles. That’s the best way, in my opinion, to target the right muscle and make them grow. - 3. Try adding weight progressively. As soon as it feels too easy, don’t just stand there, keep progressing!! - 4. Use yourself as motivation. It won’t happen over night but whenever you see the first results, use it as motivation! Your only competition is yourself. - 5. Be consistent. What I FOCUS ON when I’ve only worked out TWO TIMES a week for the past FOUR MONTHS 🏋🏼‍♀️ {Throwback to the beginning of my #fitnessjourney which truly started right after having my first baby until today. I’ve had quite a few more #transformations since this one 🦋} I’m not my leanest but still happy with my body given my current regimen! EVERY MORNING with breakfast: I take @warriorfuel_supps HERS Pink Burst #preworkout {Code: jessicafit} whether I workout or not. I have noticed a big difference with appetite control, fat loss, energy & focus compared to last year when I decreased my workout time and lost tons of progress. I feel more productive on the days that I take it versus the days that I don’t I’ve noticed. Workout Day 1 WEIGHT TRAINING: Pick 4 or 5 leg exercises & 1 glute exercise Do 3 X 6-10 reps I usually do leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses, seated or standing calf raises & either glute bridges on the seated leg extension machine or lying leg curl machine or glute kickbacks. (I alternate weeks doing both legs versus singles on the extensions, curls & calf raises and usually do 3 sets of both legs and 3 sets of singles on the leg press machine every leg day). CARDIO: 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 10-30 minutes of LISS {I use the elliptical and alternate 90 secs slow or moderate pace with 30 secs sprints}. I’ll do another post on Day 2 since this is getting a bit lengthy.😉😘 Weekend plans anyone? Today I encountered a really happy accident. Well, kind of happy. I am still feeling a little depleted, so I didn't have big ambitions today. I was scheduled to hit 375x6 on the wide stance squat. I hit a daring warmup rep at 365 that flew. So, I decided to throw caution to the wind and go for 385. After the set, which went well but was a little taste of hell, I realized I had accidentally squatted 405x6. So, probably an accidental PR. # these wide stance squats, man. They are my best friend right now. My estimated 1RM on these is way higher than my comp squat right now. # Considering my depth, and the weight I'm slinging, I'm considering making these my new comp squat. They shouldn't feel good...but they do. It's an ongoing lesson that the best way to find your optimal squat stance is to experiment. Не знаю что с этого получится, но моё дело предложить :) ︴ Показалась интересной идея обменяться письмами, настоящими, бумажными :) Может, с какими-то открытками или милыми безделушками, чтобы унылыми осенними вечерами сидеть, перечитывать и улыбаться :) Как по мне, то ничто не передаёт чувства так точно, как письмо, написанное от руки... Love the TRX! Did some pistol squats, there are a little challenging but burn so good! Also some bands exercises to try on your next Glutes/lower body day!! Make sure you squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement. I did these at the end of my workout. (3X10) Happy Friday! 🎶Mc Fioti- Joga O Bum Bum Tam Tam

Something about doing bicep curls and hammer curls this way makes it extremely difficult. Definitely recommend doing this on your next upper body day.💪🏼✊️
