omg nothing like a THICCCK stack of pancakes!🥞 made carrot spiced pancakes topped with caramelized bananas, coconut cream and PB🏊🏻‍♀️ these were so easy! I used @simplemills pancake mix and added shredded carrot, vanilla bean extract, pumpkin pie spice, pecan milk and cooked them in grass fed buttah. sauté bananas in coconut oil and cinnamon until they start to caramelize then add a sprinkle of sea salt🤤 feeling so grateful for a slow mornings with my fam today! going out to enjoy the rest of the day in this beautiful sunshine👋🏼 have a lovely Saturday my friends!!✨ #nourishedbykale

For those that can't live without pizza 🍕 by @apfau! Follow @diytraining for more inspiration. • On the left is a personal BBQ chicken pizza from Blaze. On the right is a personal BBQ chicken pizza from Pizza Hut. I was actually excited to try the new Pizza Hut one until I saw how tiny it was. I was mind blown that the one from Blaze is not only significantly bigger but has less calories. Needless to say, I didn't bother wasting my macros on the Pizza Hut one. • This is a pretty good example of how the same exact item on a menu can vary substantially from place to place. This applies to salads, sandwiches, burgers, and even pizza. The ingredients that each place uses are different and the portions are different as well. When your core is properly engaged these are more challenging than they look.😉👊🏼 . 12 Weighted Calf Raises 12 Squats 20 Horsekicks 12 Pelvic Curls* 20 Heel Slides Repeat 4x! . *It's important to note that the Pelvic CURL is a little different to a Glute Bridge. Here are your cues: Step 1 • Start by lying flat on your back on a yoga mat. Bend your knees and position your feet firmly on the mat, ensuring that they are hip-width apart and your spine is in a neutral position. Allow your arms to rest by your sides on the mat. This is your starting position. Step 2 • Inhale. Set your T-zone. Exhale. Press your heels into the mat, tuck your pubic bone towards your belly button and raise your pelvis off the mat. Raise your spine off the mat one vertebrae at a time until your body forms one straight line from chin to knee, resting on your shoulders. Step 3 • Inhale. Hold. Exhale.
