🎉🎊 #PilatesFitBallFun17 is here!! 🎊 🎉 Week 4 is here and we are Switching it up a bit!! Hamstrings are one of those muscles that are sometimes ignored. Well I can guarantee they will feel the Love with this series! Place the ball under your heels creating a 90 degree from the hip to the knee. Starting a your sits bones begin to bridge the booty up. Make sure the pubic bone is the highest point to avoid any low back pain. From here slowly straighten the legs keeping the pelvis high. Use the hamstrings to pull the ball back to starting position. Repeat. If that’s not enough, give single leg a try! Keeping the pelvis squared, reach on leg towards the ceiling. Slowly move the ball away as far as your body allows. Then draw the ball back. Repeat for the other side!
