Buenas noches rubis 🌙 Hoy pese a estar trabajando no seré cansina y no subiré foto con la bata y el fonendo 💉💊🤣 Ayer me dió por las piruetas y para los que me conocéis un poquito sabéis que soy una amante del pilates. Joining hosts @zaynagold and @functionfabulous with an exercise designed for maximum efficiency to get those #muscles shaking! ✔️the set up is a magic circle, reformer box and @balanced_body chair ✔️ springs are set each side at the lowest setting ➡️ maintain a long line from your feet to the top of your head as you begin to lower into this triceps push-up. ➡️ continue to gently press the foot into the pedal as you bring one knee up by your elbow. Te dejo este trabajo de "Teaser" con regalo. - Teaser; junta piernas juntando talones, y manteniendo activa tu línea central, glúteos y centro. Sube articulando vértebra tras vértebra, y alarga al final la parte alta de tu columna. Hombros abajo, y desciende sin que tus pieras bajen. - Regalo; pasa el aro por tus piernas sin que se flexionen. Anímate y pon #victor para verlo siempre.
