(v56) the biggest idea or foundation of fitness is start doing. Doing workout itself is lot of positivity and boost to you mood or mindset. It is my #habit now to do #workout daily. Not following any plan.. It is my own 21days of fitness, which brings a good habit in my life.anyways I have special appearance by my #mom .. It was pooja time (God worship ).Our Austin (my 🐶) was also there and watching me doing workout. Anyways total duration is 20 min... I started doing #ropejumps awesome exercise to burn your total body fat. Mix with regular push-ups, Cross Jack and plank.
