This workout was KILLER☠️ wish I could say that I did more than 2 sets of that circuit BUT NOPE😂 I did however burn ~700 calories this day 😲 I've never burned that many in a session before! I honestly just lost track of time swimming🏊🏽‍♀️ and pushed myself a little bit more each exercise 🙌🏾💪🏽 so excited to see it all pay off #changingmylifeonepoundatatime #highkeytrue #butalsosocorny 😂

Flopping between sets of hip thrusters😫🙃 felt like a little kid. Haha 👟👟👟 Today my mind/muscle connection was really intense and my gluties are on fiyaaaa 🔥🔥🔥 I'm experimenting with my routine as my only family in town moved away, I have a former playdate day to add in so trying to change my split to a 5-6 day instead of 4. Reintroduced cardio as a warm up for the 4 heavy days and we'll go from there. ... Planning legs (bend and lift, single leg movements and some plantarflexion/dorsiflexion action) on 1st and 4th days; chest, back, and triceps each 2nd and 5th day to cover pushing and pulling movements in all directions; and then abs and shoulders each 3rd and maybe 6th day if I feel it....haha.
