Basically for the past almost 10 months my body has been shutting down and it’s not getting any better. I’ve done God knows how many tests, doctor appointments and so on. The multiple doctors have no idea what’s going on. It’s starting to get really fucking aggravating only because when I was at my heaviest and the unhealthiest I’ve never had this problem.. Now when I’m at my healthiest I’ve ever been I start having all of these bullshit problems which is basically putting my life on hold. I’m being told that I’m not allowed to drive, drink alcohol, and most importantly go to the gym. So your telling me that In order to become “healthier” I have to stop working out and dieting when for the past 15 years y’all have been bugging me to diet and to join a gym.. Please I’ve fought extremely hard for 3 years to be in the position I am now. 120+ pounds down and cut my body fat percentage in half. I always preach to everyone that that you can’t let anything get in the way of your goals no matter the situation.. I’m absolutely going to stand by that statement. I’d rather keep going into the hospital and continue dieting and working out, then sitting on my ass and going back to the way I was. Shit you can take away my license, you can take away my car, you can tell me I’m not allowed to drink or do certain things. But please don’t tell me to stop dieting and going to the gym. Last workout in Florida. 550lb Beltless Pull. (25kg plates). Deadlift strength is coming back very quick. Taking time off and focusing on growing muscle mass I can tell is going to benefit me very soon! • Key notes: I hate using straps, but the gym had no chalk so borrowed these so I could get my lifts in. I never have a problem with Grip so won’t hurt me as much as if I didn’t get my lifts in. This is this is very close to my beltless deadlift PR and I’m leaner now than I was before. Sitting at around 230lbs now instead of 250.
